It was last October when Imaitoonz attracted many by their great live painting at Soso Cafe's 1st Anniversary event. About one year later, he will be back! Don't miss the motion works as well as his exciting live painting at the event. The exhibition will feature the latest works, motion work "DL" that will be released in Japan and USA, and a PV work for Ken Ishii. Next year is his tenth anniversary as a proven illustrator. As a result, he has received high praise from many people regardless of street and major scene. There is a rumor that he is planing to "seal everything" (!?). What is happening around him? Imaitoonz is going to have Yutanpo Shirane as a collaborating guest artist at the opening event. Imaitoonz: Born in 1971. Completed the Department of Arts Graduate Course, Tama University of Arts. Major Works: Opening animation program and character design for "TOP OF JAPAN" (MTV), character design and poster for "C. C. Lemon CF" (Suntory), illustrations for "Ultra Relax" by Tomoe Shinohara published from Tokyo FM Publishing Company, renewal character design and official illustration and poster for SEGA's arcade game "Fighting Vipers 2", Devilman illustration and illustration for "Shukan Morning/ New Magnum Extra Issue" published by Kodansha Ltd. and many more. Started to work as an illustrator in 1995 with the concept "creating new plastic arts" by taking "Manga" as "sign" and creates arts. His elaborate designs and original characters have received many awards. He was invited to Rotterdam International Film Festival and RESFEST 2000 to show his original animations. His workplace has been expanding internationally.

Yutanpo Shirane: Born in Saitama in 1968. After graduating from the Graphic graduate course at Kuwasawa Design School, he started to work as a freelance illustrator. He provides his works to many media despite the differences of genres, such as men's and ladies' magazines, book covers, CD sleeves and advertisements.
The one-man exhibitions: "YUTANPOINT" (HB Gallery/ 1993), "Shirane vs. Kurone" (Digitalogue Gallery/ 1998), "PRT" (sign/ 2002), "Sutechatte" (a collaboration exhibition with Seiichi Amahisa (Pater's Gallery/ 1998). Published his own book "Namanuru Panorama Edition" from Parco Publishing.
The latest works: Cover design for "Stupid White Men" written by Michael Moore, CD sleeve designs for "Exile" and "Suite Chic", DVD sleeve designs and more. Serial magazines: providing illustrations - "SPA!", "anan", "smart", "Nikkei Entertainment" and more.

Nordform Crew: They have been organising many underground events at Soul Masters Cafe since 2000. Established "Nordfrom Crew" in 2002 in order to take a new step with the theme: life, sound and design. A residential DJ for "Dot Soso", they also deal with interior design as well as installations. Their original label started this year. A compilation CD will be released in June as the first project.
