The first exhibition of Atsushi Toyama is going to be held. He is an illustrator, who draws works for many magazines, such as "Casa Brutus" and "relax", and had a collaboration with Ado Mizumori at "Versus Exhibition 2001" (held in Shibuya Parco) last year. The success of this exhibition brought him the chance to hold other exhibitions in Nagoya, Kobe and Osaka. It can be said that he is one of the most notable illustrators at the moment. The venue is a gallery cafe "Soso" produced by Shift.

In the opening event for this exhibition "Dot Soso#12 Feat. Atsushi Toyama", he is going to have live drawings and these works will be displayed for a month as well as his new works. As the sound collaboration, Takahiro Chiba at "Slowly Minute." plays as his another solo project "air Note.design". Do not miss the chance to witness how the works create.

Atsushi Toyama: Born in Gifu Prefecture in 1970. Engaged in graphic design in Nagoya since 1990 (working with Kei Wakano in the same studio). Came to Tokyo in 1998 and became a freelance illustrator after working in Power of Beauty (presided over Mick Itaya) for several years. Provides illustrations for bird the singer's picture book "Mermaid 3000", T-shirts designs for surge and nano universe, Web Designing, cyzo, Casa BRUTUS, relax, Record Collectors and others. He also creates station IDs, homepages, editorial designs (magazines and books). The collaboration with Ado Mizumori at "Versus Exhibition" received high evaluations and this success brought him to hold exhibitions in Nagoya, Toyohashi, Kobe and Osaka.

air Note.design: This is another solo unit of "slowly minute." and it participated in the label party of Childisk held in Kyoto at the end of January. In this event, improvises the electoronic acoustic music.
