Noos Movement presents ".MOV Festival 2003", a digital film festival. It will be held under the auspices of Hokkaido Foundation For Cultural Activities with the aim of discovering talented creators and providing an opportunity to show their works. We invite all creators in the world. World-class creators will select outstanding works from all the submissions. The cafe "Soso", produced by the online magazine "Shift" that introduces the forefront cultural information from Sapporo to overseas, is the venue of this cafe mixed cinema event. The works will be introduced for one month from the 1st to the 30th of November at Soso.

Guest creators will select outstanding works from all the submissions.

THE DESIGNERS REPUBLIC
A group of UK creators taking an active part in the forefront of the world. Their influence within graphic design has grown large in recent years. They were in charge of this event's installation.

MOTION THEORY
A design and production company based in Los Angeles. The company has been in charge of the advertisement design for "Nike Presto 2002&2003" as well as dealing with many projects with big companies, such as Toyota and DirecTV. They made the key visual of this event.

C404/KNOBS
Yoshi Sodeoka & Sean Rooney, artist and musician duo based in New York and San Francisco who create multimedia art pieces and digital noise music. They have worked on projects for the Whitney Museum of Art, OFFF, Viper and Transmediale and others. They also have curated various multimedia art galleries and experimental music festivals. They will be performing a live experimental audio & visual show with their original system "Casket".

11.9 MOGRA "THE NIGHT"
It's the audio and visual performance by Sapporo-based creative team, Mogra. The contents in that are the "reverse DJ", adding impromptu sound track synchronizing motion graphics and music PV DVD, "DVDJ" and a live performance featuring female vocal.

It's an open meeting party for Pirka and people who take Pirka. Pirka is a free art zine with the theme making link between people and things based in Sapporo.

11.16 AKEBOSHI LIVE
Cafe live tour of Akeboshi in Sapporo. He is an notable artist crossing over several factor such as fusion Irish Fork, Erectronica and Club Jazz.
