On July 30th, “Flag studio” in Osaka will hold the first “Mobile Talk 2016 #1 Osaka”. Inviting Asian creators, its talk series will tour to mobile among Asian countries. Vary guest speakers will be selected for each venue with the common theme as “Independent/Collective” in 2016.

Now that ease of movement is rapidly advancing, it is progressing the diversification of working style such as having multiple bases of life and work across the country between Asian creators. In this event, in order to know how international creators work in such a situation, it will introduce each creative scene including their activities and lifestyle by delivering styles. Not only talk, while serving foods of the land, it aims a place of the alternating current for participants and creators.

The first 4 guest speakers are Na Kim, an international graphic designer has started her career in Netherland and now bases in Seoul, Keith Lam, a media artist in Hong Kong who received the award-winning of the “17th Japan Media Arts Festival“, Ou Ning, a curator has produced numerous large-scale design and architecture exhibitions in China, and Yan You, a photo publisher in China who releases works of independent photographers. The 2nd talk will be held in Hong Kong on October 8th and the 3rd in Taipei on November 5th.
