From September 18th to 27th, the exhibition “Metaferenz” holds at MAKII MASARU FINE ARTS in Tokyo. Three artists who are close to each other get together in Tokyo from Germany and Japan to present a joint exhibition. Torsten P. Bruch works on video image, while Dodo Shielein and Kenzo Onoda both produce sound installation.
Title of the exhibition “Metaferenz” is a coined word made of “meta” representing ultra, hyper and higher, and from “interference” meaning interaction and meddling. Three unique individualities get crossed, interact and are diffused to fill up the gallery space.
