‘In-Habit’ is the large-scale house installation made of layered corrugated cardboard, which represents a flow of production and consumption. This work refers to Badjao tribe in Borneo, Indonesia. Badjao people have had a life on board, but recently changed it due to globalization. Through the nomadic seafaring lifestyle of the Badjao people, this exhibition will enable us to share the historical and cultural background of “marginalization” and newly understand the character of our contemporary world.

In this project, people lives around the place can join the creation and showcase their houses in the exhibition. Also artist talk and workshops are going to be held as related events. Please visit their site for more info.
