Sónar, one of the cultural events with the highest international profile in Spain will be held in Barcelona. It is the fourth event of a year in which the festival has travelled to South Africa, Japan and Brazil.
Sónar 2012 highlights the ongoing renewal of genres such as house and electronic pop, as well as the new bass music scene and the ever increasing influence of Chicago juke.
