Yoko Ando’s new installation “Reacting Space for Dividual Behavior” will beheld at the Yamaguchi Center for Arts and Media (YCAM) from May 28th – August 21st.

YCAM and dancer Yoko Ando, a central member of William Forsythe’s noted contemporary dance ensemble “The Forsythe Company”, jointly present a new piece as a result of their collaborative studies. Ando sublimated the relationship between her own body mechanics, the surrounding space, and her perception – acquired during her work with the Company – into one methodology that she introduces here in the form of an interactive installation.

Also demonstration and workshops by Yoko Ando with her new work will be held as well. For further information please check the Official Website.
