An exhibition “100g no Kimochi – 100 people, 100 feelings” will be exhibited at the center for creative communications (CCC) in Shizuoka from March 5th. A Shizuoka-based ceramic artist Reico Motohara has searched for ways to present the relationship and possibilities between man and the earth through ceramics. Since October 2008 Motohara has conducted around Japan “100g no Kimochi” workshops which participants freely make their own artwork with 100 grams of clay. This exhibit will feature a report of activity as well as display of participants’ works.
