The 21_21 DESIGN SIGHT will hold an exhibition titled “POST FOSSIL: excavating 21st century creation” on April 24, 2010, with trend-forecaster Li Edelkoort as exhibition director.
Li Edelkoort has drawn upon her unique insight in order to choose and present a new generation of artists and designers whose works will redefine what we currently regard as conventional design. Incorporating natural materials and processes, these designers are traveling back in time and revisiting the primitive roots of the very act of design itself. The exhibition as a whole seeks out clues necessary for the human beings to live fulfilling lives and define their future.
