“Fable” in the field of literature is a kind of short stories which contains ironic, advisory or moral lessons. It is the ancient awareness of nature, society recognition, and the recognition of reflection of things. Ancient Chinese Fables is having an extremely important position in the parable of literary treasure of the world. In ancient Chinese Fables, a majority of the subjects were taken in the social, political, historical and military aspects.

Traditional fables are in single language, and Yan Ren Kui’s work series New Fable, it is a group of highly contemporary works. His work has no direct expression of a particular story, but in some funny, absurd, ridiculous, and abnormal behavior action, a specific response to the inner fear of the human minds and the heart of greed. The surface of the depths are so difficult to imagine that every day of what you saw and heard is true or otherwise has blur the people’s hearts. The only way to create the truest and most valuable works of art is to see the reality behind the story.
