Doesn’t it seem like W+K Tokyo Lab have been hard at work filling up your calendar with one exciting event after another? Check it out: to follow up on the fresh release of Jemapur’s CD+DVD Evacuation, the Lab are throwing an album release party for their newest family member. A few words on Jemapur, the twenty-one year old beat building prodigy aptly represents a new generation of beat crafters happy to set up shop at the intersection of influences like hip hop, electronica and even classical.
That one of Jemapur’s musical fixations is exploring how his personal muse J.S. Bach would compose electronic music in the present in addition to the recent collaborative effort with guitarist Cutsign (under the name DELMAK) is proof Jemapur is all about mixing things up. Evacuation hit stores on November 26th but the release party is going down Wednesday at Tsuki-miru-kimi-omou in Aoyama. Check the details below.

A well-deserved retrospective on the last ten years of the agency’s creative efforts since its Tokyo inception. Definitely stop by when you have a chance, this is recommended! And its free, OK? Free!
