AUTOPHENE

PEOPLEText: Sachiko Kurashina

Your postcard design for this project seems to be an immediate future like, colourful and a fantastic one. What sort of hope did you put into this design?

My neighbor scenery looks like this design.

We would like to know the activities in autophene. Have you got any project that you have currently been doing except Smile Postcard Project?

I have been dealing with a web site for autophene. I think the form of this site will get ready around the beginning or middle of April. It was this January we began work so everything will start from now on.

What did you imagine when you were creating the cover design for this issue?

The private work, which is not for a commercial purpose, is based on my own experiences. I can find meanings in my works even if people can’t. However, I do not want to reveal them because I think people get bored if I say them.

Please tell us your future activities.

I have not made a detailed plan yet but would like to go onto animation production with graphic design. We will move to a different city by the beginning of the next year. We have not decided which city we will go to at the moment, but we are looking for a pleasant place for our activities.

Please leave a message for SHIFT readers.

Thank you for reading this interview article. I will let you know when I go to your town. YIPEE! FEINMOTORIK!!
